Take That In Your Town: Glasgow
The band are currently in Glasgow and you’ve been busy suggesting what they should do in their time off. Here are just a few of the things you’ve been saying…
Falkirk is about half an hours drive east of Glasgow and there you’ll find ‘the Falkirk Wheel’, the world’s only rotating boat lift carrying passangers 115ft up and down between the ‘forth and clyde’ and the ‘union’ canals. It’s pretty amazing to watch and you can book a boat trip on it too.Â

There is a really nice country park in the south side of Glasgow, it is called “Pollok Coutry Park”. It has interesting activities to do with the family and there is a private art collection called Burrel Collection which is really good.

Loch Lomond because it is nice and peaceful, so they will feel relaxed inbetween all the madness of the tour

Head north through the lovely traditional village of Killearn and sample the lovely Scottish food in the tea room, then head into the Campsie Fells, pretty and peaceful and without the hoards of tourists.

The guys will be heading to Manchester next week: share your thoughts on how they should spend their free time below or in the forum.
