I am one of the happiest people alive, I'm sure lol After 10 solid hours of 741 phone calls to ticketmaster and refreshing 3 ticket office pages on the internet, I finally got tickets! I actually screamed and ran around the house afterwards, my finace thought i'd won the lottery and to be honest this is much better than winning the lottery! I cannot wait for next July now! :)

I also got tickets from ents24.com. They are not listed and I have tried to get a number to contact them to see if they are genuine. Can anyone help?

I eventually managed to get some tickets on www.ents24.com can anyone confirm if they are legitimate? Ticketmaster seemed terribly unprepared!

I totally agree with all the comments below. How could it be sold out when you could not get onto ticketmaster to even get the tickets! I have been a member of ticketmaster for years and feel we should have been given priorty. They must have known how high the demand would be and did not do anything to cope with it.I was on my work pc and iPhone from 8.45 till 2pm trying just to get into the website and got nowhere near. I was then told a friend had booked tickets through another website so in desperation booked tickets through them. Only to find out this morning that is a bogus website and I have now lost 155 and have no tickets. I have been in tears all day and feel really disappointed that this allowed to happen. The whole thing is a sham.

Have to say totally disgusted, tried since 8.55am till 9.30pm, had day off work to get some as we promised our kids they could go, we have had our daughter seriously ill for 12 months now and only just coming through her illness, everytime we got through we entered our passwords as we already had ticketmaster accounts etc only to be booted out with one click away? tried over and over again only to be back of the Q again. 3 laptops 3 phones going and not one ticket, then we see them for sale at at least 3x the value!!!! In this day and age we talking about putting people on mars!! well lets hope they don`t want take that tickets, coz we can`t get them with all our technology, this is one dissapointed family whoever set the ticket sales up wants sacking people with membership and accounts to sites should of had preference a day before release its disgracefull, and what gets me even madder is that although we could not get through to order tickets until they had all gone because they had crashed!!!(how did they sell out then?) we had an e-mail from the take that website asking us to pre order the new album????? disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!

guys, i have to say what an absolute joke ......whoever manage this part of your operation needs a shoeing. Having tried all day i eventually get connected on 10 occasions before being cut off. i bet the scumbags on seatwave etc did not have the same problem, seeing as they have hundreds of tickets at 3x face value, How the fuck is that legal!!!!!!!
